It is suitable for the packaging industry, film manufacturers, food manufacturers, inspection institutions, scientific research institutions, medical units, etc. to test the high-temperature cooking resistance performance of packaging materials (as well as adhesives and ink products).
This product is designed based on the principles of two disinfection and sterilization scopes, thus providing customers with a device that can perform two functions. It is directly heated by a heater to generate pressurized steam. The pressurized steam acts on the microorganisms on the sterilized items, destroying their structure to achieve the purpose of sterilization. When the rapid cooling and sterilization program is started, the external tap water source is first injected into the cylinder, and after heating for about 25 minutes, it enters the sterilization and heat preservation time. The sterilization time is 35-40 minutes. After that, when 0.24MPa compressed air and water pressure are manually injected into the cylinder, open the 1/2 drain valve for drainage, and carry out back pressure cooling on items such as soft packaging. After rapid cooling for 3 minutes, manually close the entry of compressed air and tap water, and the items in the cylinder can be cooled down to 30-40°C. After the sterilization is completed, the device will automatically intake water for cooling, automatically intake air for pressure stabilization.
